Secret oil shipments could help Iran cushion US sanctions blow

Iran may resort to discounts, bartering and smuggling of its oil exports to deal with US sanctions, which are set to resume in November. It is estimated that almost 200,000 barrels a day of the country’s post-sanctions oil sales could be undisclosed.
