Hiring temps during festive season up 20%

With the festival season starts temporary job hiring spree. Rough estimate shows that close to 3 lakh temp jobs are in the making. Flipkart is hiring 30,000, Amazon 50,000, Foodpanda hired 60,000 temporary workers. Hiring increased in segments like warehousing, fulfilment, technology and last-mile delivery.This demand is largely met by college students and freshers.
