Jet stock soars 26% amid reports of deal with Tatas

On NSE, the Jet Airways stock surged 26.41% to close at Rs 326 apiece. The shares of the airline gained 24.52% on the BSE platform. Media reports suggested that Tata group was conducting due diligence of Jet Airways to buy the full-service carrier from its owner, Naresh Goyal.Jet Airways, however, said that these reports are "speculative".
